Winter Fashion Necessity – Oversized Sweaters

Since it is almost winter (or to say is winter in some places), sweater becomes an important and also fashionable top wearing. Sweaters, especially oversized, are always comfortable and cute at the same time and a fashion necessity during the colder months. They create a bohemian look that practically anyone can pull off and there are so many ways to style them.

Leggings and tights

Leggings and Tights are ideal for fall or winter weather and will look great with your oversize sweater, making it into a sweater dress. Opt for a dark color like black, brown or grey for a sophisticated, or edgy look, and for a bright color or cool pattern if you want a fun and exciting look. Leggings are as good of an option as tights.

Belt

When it comes to choosing a belt, both a wide and a thin belt would work perfectly with your oversize sweater. If you want to mark your curves and accentuate your waist, cinching your sweater with a belt is a quick and easy way to do it. If you’re going for a more casual hippie chic look, not wearing a belt is a different oversize sweater look that you might want to try out as well. While one look is more elegant and sophisticated, the other is more edgy and chic.

Shoes

Both leggings and tights can be worn with any shoe of your choice like platform boots, wedges, oxfords, or even some sneakers. This will slim your legs and thereby accentuate your figure. After you’ve chosen your outfit it’s time to accessorize. Take advantage of the color of your sweater and mix it up with colorful shoes, bags and jewelry.

When choosing a necklace, pick one that has a long chain with a locket or a stone to keep the ensemble simple, chic and cute.
